Beneath it lays the open positions with top 5 candidates, an easy way to view and control this position recruiting excluding not relevant candidates and highlighting the most relevant ones. The right side reflects a pie chart of total count of candidates in the process and view of the user’s tasks.

The hiring pipeline is a key feature in a recruiting software. This feature however, allows the user to view a hiring pipeline for a large scale company.
